Excel Survey File
This file is the output of a Excel skills survey that was done with a former client's department. From the raw data (purely text entries) I was able to code, calculate and conduct weighted analysis to determine the points that were most important to address with the team. The "Bottom" worksheet details the least understood concepts, the distribution of their responses (per category) and the weighted understanding of these concepts to my client. From there we could readily determine what he wanted me to teach his staff and whittled an option set of 57 topics down to the most important 8 of his choosing. Prior to this output, he couldn't say which topics his team most needed to learn. Afterward, he could easily put his finger on the critical few.
