He is a complete waste of time. This is a portion of a conversation we had on May 17, 2010. A week later has he has still not responded to me. 14:38] silho: ok so you didnt do the extra images since you didnt read the project description properly. Did not complete the project. Claims to have it done and ready to upload, but ignorance and lack of communication kept me from meeting my deadline.

Went above and beyond - even forwarded link to free software trial to address a technical problem I was having. Repeatedly offered to make adjustments if needed. Pleasant and agreeable to correspond and work with.
