Magento configuration and startUp funcionality (new) • $250 USD

This Provider isn't professional. 1.They attracted me with an offer of 250$ but separately it called me a total of 800$.I accepted to think at a good partner. 2.The release of the work isn't complete and need more adjust and compositions and bug error. 3.I payed a total of 550$ and I invited they to help me in the customizations and repair and only at the end of all milestones I should release the remaining 250$. But they tell me more times to release the amount in advance and leave me the supporting to completition. Now I invested more money that I thinked and I lost my time because I need to adjust and complete myself all.

i stated in my project post and 3 times in my pm messaging, that payment will be through escrow but not untill finished which means that he tells me he has finished and shows me on his server and then i escrow and then he sends files, i then test on my server and then when all is done and tested i release funds. i said this in both project page and in pm and he even said that is fine, i accept him and then he says sen payment, i then say my options was to pay on completion... he is now agreeing to do so but unfortunatly i no longer want to work with this person as i have lost all confidents in this person. can you please cancel the project and i will open a new project looking for someone else. Thanks
