Diego Moliterno

A self-starter, curious to the core, a creative mind bursting with hundreds of ideas. Diego Moliterno embodies the next generation of design... What started at the humble age of 13 has taken on a life of its own. It was the year 1989, and Diego was just an experimenter, playing around with code and animation on his first computer. Little did he know it would lead to countless software projects, the special effects for the 2003 movie "La Prueba," advertisements for T.V. and radio, and a whole host of unique graphic designs. The word "prolific" doesn't even begin to describe the kind of person Diego has become. It is rare to find a designer with such a strong background in programming. A love of building interactive creations drove Diego to learn how to code, but it was his desire to see something tangible in front of him that changed his orientation to the work he does. Diego has gravitated toward design because it is the natural starting point of any project. "You have to see something in front of you before it makes sense to use code to bring it to life." Interaction and UI Design: Diego has been working in startup environments for the last nine years. The experience has fine tuned his talent and natural inclination towards design. His work is not only attractive and functional, it is in line with clearly defined business objectives and product vision. Code: It has been a long time since Diego was 13 years old and experimenting with GWbasic code. Now he has fun creating standards-compliant CSS3, HTML5, JQuery, PHP, Asp, VB, C, and Javascript. Programming is no longer Diego's main focus, but he has a very diverse background in it. Awards: Diego is well known for his visual effects work in the 2003 film "La Prueba." The film won a Martin Fierro Award for "best mini-series," and a "best visual effects award" in Buenos Aires Rojo Sangre. It also won the "best production award" at the Saladillo Movie Awards. Diego's clients come from all over the world, and he has built long-lasting relationships with many of them for years on end. Diego has worked with NextGenWebs S.L., a company out of Spain, doing UI design for the last 6 years. He has also produced videos for Techint as well as several flash apps for a popular website in the U.K. (). It is a little known fact that Diego also owns two FM radio stations in his hometown. They were a gift from his father, a second career Diego has enjoyed over the years with the help of his wife. The two are responsible for all of the programming and advertising that gets put on the air. Deep down, Diego Moliterno is a family man. He is the proud father of four daughters he happily calls the greatest accomplishment of his life. Every day, he feels incredibly lucky for his ability to support them with the meaningful work he does.
