Illustrations for children's parties website • $210 USD

Initial work submitted was very good. Freelancer was unable to make requested changes. Freelancer sent back work that was copied from others. Freelancer promised to complete work but failed to do so. Paid freelancer 1/2 of project bid and now I have to start all over.
