In November 1988, I began contract work with Lotus Development Corporation in Cambridge, MA to develop an automated test suite for 1-2-3 on IBM mainframes and to work on a PC/Mainframe file transfer utility. After 3 ½ years as a consultant on 1-2-3 related projects, I joined Lotus as an employee and moved into Mobile Computing technologies. In 1995, IBM bought Lotus and absorbed the entire organization. During my tenure, I was involved with numerous software development and testing organizations, eventually resulting in world-wide technical project leadership. I have extensive programming experience with legacy Lotus products, and with Lotus Notes, Domino, Domino Document Manager, QuickPlace, and Quickr both as a software engineer and as an application developer. I retired from IBM in August, 2008.
