My working experience: first 4 years in bank (foreign exchange department, head of branch office, reporting and relations with Central National Bank) Another 10 years in one of the largest food manufacturer in Croatia (and I' still there) (organization market research information base into a user friendly system called Sharepoint, monitoring competition through the net,and other official publication and making the Company reports, monitoring and collecting financial performance of competitors and making a benchmarking data base (regional and world competitors), continuous monitoring and analizing very different units of our firm (eg. Catering, Car park management, Maintenence, Property management, Baby food factory, Seasoning factory...)and calculate different indicatoris and analyze (LAPP, WACC, NPV, DCF, CAPEX...), conducted complety restructuring of non core business activities and restructuring of some business process. Whole my working period I use MS excell daily, and did a lot of presentations in PowerPoint, and write a lot of word documents.
