Build a Website for Cine Auditions • $250 USD

This person is a cheat. I have posted a contest to build a complete website. First of all, she was very poor in English and to communicate with her was very difficult, This person has send me few files and confirmed that the project is complete. I trusted her as she claims to be a teacher and I released the money in good faith without checking the work. I was travelling and thought will look into it when i get time. To my horror, when i checked the files, there was nothing apart from a JPEG image. After I released the money and paid the contest money, she vanished. I'm trying to contact her from past few days, but there is no response. This person is from Bangladesh and her name is Asma. People please beware of this fraud.
