Male, 36 years old, born in 1970. Raised in a middle class professional family. Basic Studies in a private American school. 4 years of Architecture University. Other studies and courses performed: painting, other arts and handcrafts, computer related technician courses, construction related trainings, hospitality, scuba diving, etc. I start using AutoCAD for drawing projects, since it arrives to Uruguay (1991), honestly, I was one of the first using that method of drawing professionally in this country. In that period I was a student and that way of working as a freelancer for various companies was very useful. For a couple of years after that, I travel and lived in Brazil, working in different places doing different tasks. Then, back in Uruguay, I’ve got the offer to go to California in USA to do a special training in a company that deals with construction and paving, to learn a new method of paving and back in Uruguay teach other people to do that. (At the meantime of all this, I continue doing my freelancer work as designer and computer related things.) Later on, I went to live to Australia for a couple of years, where I work also with computers and hospitality. After that, a couple of years in Brazil, where I place a small guest house in Bahia. Actually I’m living in Montevideo, Uruguay. I work independently as Architectural Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Developer and Photographer. Also I’m currently working with a Brazilian construction company located in Bahia where I travel every month. For them, I perform some duties there and some over the internet from Uruguay. (The reason I don’t stay there full time, is basically that I have family in Uruguay, wife and two kids, and I want them to de raised and educated here in Uruguay, not in Brazil.) I’m specialized in covering the full graphical process of a real state development or initiative. Check the land and ground details and possibilities. Measure it correctly and place it in an AutoCAD environment. Build a digitally based report with the land details. This report is supported with pictures, videos, 360º images, VR technology, virtual tours, etc. Design an architectural project for the land. Digitally follow up of the construction, linking it with the customers. Build and design a Web Site for this real state development. Design all the necessary brochures for this development. When the construction is finished, build another digitally based report of the property.
