I am a Project Manager specialized in the design of change management strategies to facilitate transformation companies are facing. Also, I am specialist in helping organizations develop “Lean”, “Agile”, and “Data Driven” thinking. I have had the opportunity to work both on the line and on improvement projects, and my performance has been satisfactory in both scenarios: either implementing bests practices, as well as coordinating the efforts of work teams responsible for executing operational or expertise processes.
