Historically, I have been highly research oriented. I have an MSEE. It has been a while since I have been actively practiced MSEE-ing, but it is coming back quickly. I am an average at MATLAB programmer, but it too, is coming back to me. I am very good at implementing a self-contained research papers or projects in which you know the details, the more the better, of what you want implemented. I have studied and been involved in several areas of simulation. They are: Digital Signal Processing Digital Filters: Time/Space & Frequency Domains; Time Invariant and Adaptive Digital Image Processing Feature Extraction Clustering Algorithms Pattern Recognition RF Simulation Speech Processing Optimization Theory CAD 2D Geometric Programming I typically start a project by finding out as much as I can about it via chat. I need to go through a feasibility study and literature search before accepting a project once awarded. This takes usually a day to three, depending on mutual availability.

Designed algorithms to align, denominate/series, compare with Brick templates, and score. We used Clear Case for source control.
