Customer was looking for precise range producing GPS tracker along with accelerometer for their fleet management business. 

Our Role:
-Designed and developed GPS tracking device
-STM32F0 controller
-Integrated with Accelerometer sensor for over speed and accident detection,
-SIM800 module for cloud connectivity,
-OTA for firmware and Configuration upgradation, SPI, I2C UART for other basic peripherals interface.

Our Role:

-Overall Circuit design of temperature control system using the thermo couple
-Overall design build with STM8S Chipset
-Components: NXP 7ULP SOM, BLE, Proximity, accelerometer, Magneto-meter sensors.
-Design firmware for PID algorithm and its parameter adjustment in order to produce continues high temperature value up to 400 C.
Wifi based Digital PID Controller to generate 400 Degree Cel
Designed and developed PoC project for our customer in farming & agriculture industry. Customer was looking to designed a robust solution which can provide the pure and accurate pH ratings of Water to identify the organic quality status of such lakes & ponds We have done a POC project where we designed a hardware using ESP32 Wifi controller and integrate with various sensors. Our Role:

-Identified a class A components & sensors
-Hardware architecture using ESP32 controller
-Integrating Atlas pH sensors along with Temp., Humidity, Air & Pressure sensors
-SPI, UART & RS485 Communications
-Server application development for communication from device to AWS cloud
WiFi- based pH Sensor, Temperature, Humidity & Pressure Sen
Design & developed Robotics control hardware board which can control up to 7 Axis Our Role:

-Used Xilinx FPGA for parallel and high-speed precise controlling of motor
-STM32F4 controller for FPGA controlling and G code and M code decoding
-Ethernet/USB - for PC connectivity for direct controlling or program transfer
-SPI, I2C UART for other basic peripherals interface
