Started my job in the BPO industry last 2019 as a Technical Advisor II in Intuit QuickBooks who helps our customers troubleshoot their issues on their software, apart from that, we also have a lead generation in our account we try to help our customers who are interested to upgrade their software to the next level. After several months, my supervisor endorses me to the Sales department because of my performance in terms of how I take care of them. After a year, I decided to quit and explore a new field in the sales industry.
From that moment I started my career as a Sales Executive in a Marketing and Advertising company, a few months after when the CEO and COO found my work ethic very efficient, and then, they decided to move me to a Marketing Executive who fulfilled the services of our clients. Most of my workloads focus on management. I'm also managing our Social Media Campaigns, sending updates to our clients based on the services that they signed up for, sending an email approval to our clients, organizing articles to be published as Press Release, managing emails or doing email blasts, and entering transactions for cross-reference in Bitrix and in Google Sheet.
