A short-term project with this U.S. based start-up company, I handled all areas of a satellite office in Beijing, relocating here specifically for the task. This was a key learning experience for me in terms of what it means to be globally mobile and to work for a start-up and the pressures that a newly formed organization can face, as well as the challenges that arise from a small team located in locations all around the World.
