How the Campaign Works Upon signing of the contract, your campaign starts off with a conference between you and your campaign team. We make sure we fully understand your concerns before we proceed to the second phase which includes training as well as phone and database set-up. The time allocated to training and set-up depends upon the complexity of the product, service, and campaign. Throughout the progress of the campaign, you will regularly receive updates and confer with members of your team to ensure that the project is proceeding as planned.
