Introduced changes to the Customer Change Management process to increase change success rate from 40% to over 98% over the course of 10 consecutive months. Led the re-design of the dispatching processes for which IBM and AMEX will benefit with improved customer experience through the process flow, alongside optimising the resource utilization and control over every project. This resulted in a 10% increase in efficiency by re-shifting employees without the need to backfill them, therefore reducing cost. Implemented internal change advisory board meetings in order to peer review all IBM changes so as to avoid change rejections or unsuccessful implementations by ensuring all instructions and technical content are up to standards.
