This program was completely free to download and I found out about it online that people use this for brighter affects in anime skins/backgrounds. It's a very useful tool to use for colour blending and it's good for people that can't afford other software's. I am pretty new to it but I think it's good for back up.

I been using Corel Painter 11 myself well I started univeristy and I find it very useful like Photoshop. I find it very clean to use and brighter colour / experimenting with brushes. I simple love Corel and glad I finally had my hands on experience with it well for many years to come.
