Hi! My name Frances Ann G. Alfaro, 30 years old from the Philippines. I worked in a call center company for 7 years and currently under upwork for 2 years. Previously, I started working as a customer service representative, email support and backline associate for Macys and Bloomingdales. email and backline support for order entries, customer queries and tracking packages. After 2 years, I was transferred to a non voice where we place online orders, track packages, investigate fraudulent customers and communicates directly with the clients.
