The nature of my previous experience has prepared me for this project. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. Having been the HRD Coordinator (SAP ERP SC Trainer/eLearning Senior developer) for 13years and LMS Project Lead for Anglo American Platinum I have a great deal of experience within the blended training environment as well as the understanding and expertise of the development of eLearning courses, the upload of it to an LMS and the management thereof. My wall-to-wall experience within this field would be an asset for any company not only within the training environment but the delivery thereof.
