Responsibilities: -Invoicing on a weekly basis and maintaining and tracking project financial -3rd party purchasing process -Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking); -Financial reports analysis and forecasting, reporting - data preparation -Teleconferences regarding project status meetings and maintaining HP standardproject documentation
