I had asked before hiring her if she is individual or an Agency. She said individual and said she knows WordPress backend. She added some data and wanted to handover the project to her "Sister" who would continue working on the project. Time Tracker had a screenshot her talking to someone else and obviously she is part of a company. I didn't want to go back and fourth and take headache of explaining what to do to different people which lack of understanding, plus due to lack of trust cancelled the project.
