* Control and manage supply and demand of IBM products’ parts within Asia Pacific regions (7 main countries) and resolve any issues
* Liaise with appropriate internal parties regarding potential supply constraint or supply delay issues to ensure customer requirements can be met
* Manage the supply chain and work with Revenue, Gross Profit, Revenue per CA, Budget and CA forecast to control the business

* Responsibility for escalation and feedback of customer inquiries
* Lead, coach and train a team members to provide strong customer support
* Manage 70+ staff and ensure that Support Centre is operating at maximum efficiency 7days with the tools required for planning, operating and managing all aspects of work
* Analyse and define service and support requirements efficiently for customers
