Optimise my vb.net script (should be simple)

The task was to optimise a script which is giving System.OutOfMemoryException. She pushed a lot to release the payment before sending the output. After explaining I can't release a payment without review the work done she just sent me a .exe so I wasn't able to review the code. She even told me that I was dissapointing her... After she sent the code I saw how she was trying to trick me taking 50$ for a 1 library call 1 minute copy paste (SetProcessWorkingSetSize). NOT RECOMMENDED, AVOID PLEASE.
