Overview
Growthlab is a modern SaaS website concept created for startups, growth-stage businesses, and digital agencies looking for a professional online presence that drives conversions. The project focuses on combining clean visual design with strategic user experience principles to help businesses communicate value clearly and turn visitors into customers.
Rather than creating a website that simply looks good, the goal was to design an experience that supports business growth through strong messaging, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused page structures.
The challenge
Many SaaS companies and startup teams struggle with websites that either feel overly generic or fail to communicate their value proposition effectively. Users often leave before understanding the product, leading to missed opportunities and lower conversion rates.
The challenge was to create a scalable website system that feels premium, establishes trust quickly, and guides visitors toward meaningful actions

Swirl is a modern productivity mobile application designed to help individuals and teams manage tasks, track progress, and maintain deep focus in a structured and distraction-free environment.

The product focuses on simplifying task management while introducing data-driven insights to improve consistency and daily execution.

Problem

Many SaaS businesses struggle with presenting financial and operational data in a way that is easy to understand and actionable. Financial metrics like EBITDA, CAC, LTV/CAC, and runway are critical for decision-making, but traditional dashboards often feel cluttered, confusing, or difficult to scan quickly. Teams need a centralized interface where they can instantly understand company performance without digging through complex reports.

To solve this problem, I designed a modern financial analytics dashboard that transforms complex financial data into a clean, structured, and highly readable interface. The dashboard highlights key performance indicators at the top so users can quickly evaluate business health at a glance. Interactive charts and visual data patterns help users understand trends over time, while the department spending section clearly breaks down budget allocation across engineering, marketing, product, and sales.
