Two thousand and nine marks my first leap into the world of professional freelance graphic and web design, and I am happy to report that I continue to thoroughly enjoy being a freelancer, which has now transformed into a small business/studio. I use Adobe Creative Suite CS3,4,5 (or whatever is the current version of the everchanging Adobe Creative Suite) to create design for print ranging from advertisements, newsletters, business cards and brochures, to apparel and merchandise design. Although there is an ongoing debate on whether ot not design can be considered art and vice versa, I am proud to say that I am both a designer and fine artist. I use my strong sense of color, composition, lighting, and photo-realistic painting ability to create acrylic and oil based paintings with a specialization in portrature. So, if you do not like my design work, you can always commission a painting.
