Feature development, hourly rate - Senior fullstack developer (JS, graphQL, php, AWS)

This project was supposed to be 20-30 hrs project, but it took 4-6 months to complete. It went 1.5x over budget because of misunderstanding and lack of communications from freelancer. Freelancer delivered ~8 iteration rounds until he delivered something that matched with project specs. Here was the bad, now the good. Helgge is one of the good ones. The code he put was good quality (didn't cut too much corners) and problem solving use-case challenges was effective. Will hire again.
