change my website from flash to non flash • $230 AUD

this project was never completed, due to many excuses, some of these excuses were i was in a robbery and my developers wife is expecting to give birth, also many times i was told " sorry for not getting back to you as i have been sick". In my opinion this project was too large for this person to complete. Many times i was asked for payment for incomplete work. Also was told to release milestone payment with incomplete work. However i did get a website partially designed its a shame it took over 3 months to complete. I suggest spend a little more and get somebody with more experience in creating websites. Peace Scott
