Installed/Upgraded Ubuntu on all 30+ server nodes. (Mostly Dell R250)
Installed job scheduler / resource manager (SLURM) on server nodes to form a HPC cluster. Also tried grid engine but passed on.
Installed Zabbix and Prometheus for cluster monitoring
Installed scientific software from source code or binary (Gaussian, VASP, etc.)
Deployed Redhat / CentOS VM to host special software that does not run on Ubuntu.
Wrote job submitting script for using with SLURM.
