I managed the Week 1 technical infrastructure setup for a UK B2B SaaS fleet-management project during its staging phase.

My work included configuring Namecheap DNS and Google Workspace email infrastructure, including MX, SPF and DKIM authentication, resolving email delivery issues, and provisioning the HubSpot CRM environment. I also created five custom fleet-management CRM properties, configured validation rules, and added a reusable annual SaaS licence product to the HubSpot Product Library.

During the project, I also identified important HubSpot data-validation limitations affecting API and bulk imports and helped define clear technical and compliance boundaries around payment infrastructure and company-registration responsibilities.

The completed infrastructure was reviewed and accepted by the client, and the project milestone was successfully released.

B2B SaaS Infrastructure & CRM Operat

Developed a custom Blender Python pipeline tool for converting Daz Genesis 8/9 characters into Unreal Engine 5.8 MetaHuman-compatible rigs. Implemented automated skeleton mapping, matrix-based bone alignment, rest pose baking, twist correction, finger/hand retargeting, weight preservation, shape key cleanup, and FBX export optimization. Solved common Daz-to-Unreal issues including wrist candy-wrapper deformation, incorrect bind poses, posture offsets, hierarchy mismatches, and MetaHuman animation compatibility problems. Built using Blender bpy API and Unreal Engine skeletal workflows.

Blender 5.1 Python Script

In this project, the goal was to create a standalone macOS application from a Python script. The following steps were undertaken to achieve this:

Initially, PyInstaller was chosen to package the Python script into a standalone macOS application. PyInstaller is a popular tool that bundles Python applications along with their dependencies into a single executable for various platforms, including macOS.

After installing PyInstaller and attempting to create the application, an error occurred, leading to the exploration of alternative solutions, such as cx_Freeze and the BeeWare project's briefcase.

Despite exploring other options, it was ultimately decided to continue using PyInstaller. Necessary adjustments were made to resolve the error encountered earlier, ensuring that the standalone application was successfully created with PyInstaller.

With the PyInstaller issues resolved, the Python script was bundled with its dependencies into a .app file for macOS.
