For this project, I analyzed the thermal performance of a circuit board used to drive an electric motor. I used Solidworks to create the thermal model and run a simulation for different configurations of the circuit board. I was able to optimize the design to pass these difficult thermal requirements.

For this customer, I designed an input system for a casino card shuffler. This assembly has a moving door that opens so that the 52 card deck can be inserted into the machine. I did all of the design work including the injection molded plastic parts, gears, metal shafts, and cables. This product is now on the market and going into casinos.
