Jason completed my the job that I asked for. However, he was not willing to go above and beyond at all. For example, I had two lists of contacts that needed to be merged together in order to get them uploaded to our new SugarCRM program. However, he told me that in the bid it said I only had "one" list and that he wouldn't do the few minutes of extra work unless I paid him an additional $35. He also seemed to have an attitude with me about wanting to explain any of the features to me. He told me "download the manuel". I have worked with about 80 different workers on RAC, and I always find it interesting on how some people interact with one another. Let me say this. I am not discouraging you from using this worker. However, if you create and accept a job for this worker, you better have EVERYTHING spelled out to the T. Which if you are like me, that is very hard because a lot of times when you get in to a project you can't predict everything. So, if you don't know 100% what you want, or it's a project that has some unknowns, use this worker at your own risk!
