King Street 18-unit
While working at Sieger Architects, Joe Malkowski (now president of JM Design Studio), was the lead draftsman for this mixed use project. Joe worked under the direction of the project architect, Robert Sieger, to develop the presentation materials and construction drawings required in order to obtain city and state approval. Presentation materials included: full color site landscape plan and full color 2D exterior elevations with landscaping features. Construction drawings included: architectural site and landscaping plans, architectural floor plans, building elevations, building sections, building details, foundation plan, structural framing plans and details, and concept electrical plans. In conjunction with this project, tenant build out drawings for a 6,000 sq. ft. office space were provided.
