I have over 14 years if IT experience (SDLC) and in the past 4+ years I have been acting as a business process architect and an Atlassian tool subject matter expert. As such I have developed solid end-to-end business processes that increase efficiency and improve quality. Using Atlassian tools, such as JIRA, I developed complex workflows tailored to those business processes, integrating technology with process to achieve business performance goals once though impossible. Utilizing my skills from my former IT lives I have been able to develop modifications to the tools that provide additional automation functionality and reporting metrics that are not available with the tools natively. Every company is another puzzle that I am eager to solve.
