JCP turnaround
This is the hardest portfolio I've been assigned to work at. I'm not only dealing with retired people but also accounts which are the hardest to collect, you have a lot of parameters to cope with - days of delinquency are close to chargeoff, customer service approach, little trace of info to skip at. Finally, we were able to win it last July 2012.
