Lowes Portfolio Turnaround
Back at 2009, Lowes - one of the best paying client in my previous work was sagging behind the main competitors for more than a year already. Tensions were high, pressure was mounting on the big bosses as they might lose the portfolio any time. Thus, a team was made to solely focus on this project. It was not easy, We were already behind for more than 1 million points and every month that passed our competitors kept building good PDCs. The pressure kept on piling up. This portfolio was handed to us on June 2010. WE DID IT. Yours truly is an integral part for turning around the said project. September 2010 was not even looking good but with sheer determination and skill we were able to do it. I skip traced account which had no contact history, digging in on possible mobile, business, unpublished numbers. I was ranked 2 during that month and I'm proud to say that it established my reputation better as a complete collector.
