This is my first time using Freelancer and similar platforms. Primarily I chose Karolina because she was closest to Canadian legal culture as a UK citizen. Not that others are not gifted, but in terms of law, Canadian law is derived mainly from British law. Had I found another Canadian, I probably would have hired them. Regarding work quality, she understood what I was trying to learn, went out and did the research, and presented it in a valuable way I could easily digest. Excellent work.
