Format job design output to create a template for future jobs.

Kalp just provided my design output in just the custom format I wanted. He did a great job working confidentially with an inventor on a very challenging project. I asked a lot of him, and he stayed the course with me as we designed dynamically in real time together for hours on end. It was my first project on Freelancer, and Kalp was patient and totally professional with me. Just as I thought, the hardest part of my project would be to get it started. The more we worked together, the better we performed. It was a process akin to making sausage, but we outperformed and got exactly the results I was after. Kalp is a sound person, is gifted, and has the exceptional skills that are needed to do product development research for a new patented complex device. I really like Kalp, and just wish I could bring him easier jobs. Beyond our 3D CAD in Solidworks, we might explore trying to do some animation together. Kalp and I entered into a Freelancer IP Transfer Agreement. My business requires the utmost in secrecy and confidentiality, and I have complete confidence in Kalp's integrity. I have worked globally in the IP sphere with a lot of brilliant people. I always need members of my team to outperform so I can ride on their wings. I now consider Kalp to be a valuable member of my team.
