A gaming client required keychains for an upcoming show and they needed to be cast in a zinc alloy. A black & white line art drawing was sent over by the client and 3D models were generated. The 3D models were then sent to a spin casting prototype company. Due to the very short time line, the final 3D models were released within 2 days after receipt of order.

This client required renderings of a new product line that they were going to pitch to prospective customers. 3D models & assemblies were created and rendered using Pro/Wildfire. A total of 30 components were designed, prototyped, rendered and launched into production.

I was asked to create a 3D 175th anniversary plaque for Cooper Industries. They supplied me with a PDF file of the black & white layout and I took it from there. Final plaque was investment cast in bronze. Modeled in Pro/Wildfire v2.

A remodeling project for the Texas governor's mansion came about where they wanted the Texas state seal on each of the door knobs throughout the home. The state seal was taken from their website and applied to the face of a custom door knob in 3D. Unfortunately, due to a fire at the mansion the knobs were never manufactured.

A local machine shop was celebrating a 25 year anniversary, located in Pennsylvania, and needed a plaque to show during their open house. Given little direction, the attached 3D model was created and sent to their facility. During the open house, the plaque was being cut into aluminum on a 5-axis CNC mill. Smaller versions were made for the employees.
