This photo was taken in one of our activities during the launch of the school milk program in public schools, the program is currently being implemented in selected public and private schools in Kenya and is feeding over 120,000 children daily. I am in charge of this program, i have a team of ten dedicated and experienced staff working with me on this project, our ultimate goal is to make school milk a national program in Kenya and feed the 12 million children in primary schools with quality, hygienic and nutritious drinks. The idea is to instil a milk drinking culture amongst the young children in Kenya, it is our belief that when a milk drinking culture is cultivated early in a child's life, they will grow up with it and will pass it on to the next generation hence creating opportunities across the dairy industry value chain
About Me
I have worked as a marketing professional for the past five years initially as the Marketing Manager of Faces and Places an international marketing and promotional company for two years. I am a founding partner of Orion Marketing Solutions Limited and has worked as its marketing Manager for the past three years during which several contracts including the ongoing school milk program was signed. I have a wealth of knowledge in experiential and emotional touch marketing and has continued to build the client base of my company. I have also done many other projects including web designing, data entry, article and speech writing, proposal writing, research paper writing, short stories and poems, copy writing, project planning and management, editing and proofreading among other relevant fields, i am proficient with computers and can comfortably work with adobe CS5, and Microsoft office 2010.
