• Apply design strategies and models like ADDIE and create design documents and course outlines • Create learning objectives based on the learning outcomes • Design and developing storyboards for ILTs and WBTs (both full time training and nuggets) Develop storyboards for short video animations (both for business and product marketing) • Develop simulations for ERP/SAP system using Captivate and Articulate • Develop Facilitator and Participant Guides for ILTs • Communicate with clients, SMEs and other stakeholders on a regular basis • Review SBs and Alpha, Beta, Gold developed versions * Development of courseware using Rapid Development Tools * Articulate Storyline 2.0 * Captivate * Video/Audio editing in Camtasia
