I'm a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL V4 Foundation with more than 13 years of experience in managing and giving technical support for Windows 10, windows server 2012,2016 that includes installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance of Computer's hardware and software in a LAN environment.
