He did waste alot of my time by submitting untested work. However, he made up for it in the end. I'm giving him a high score because 1) he turned around the project so quickly 2) Because his cost was so low. He bid only $15.00 where other bid $50.00 - $100.00. That being said, I was pretty annoyed with the waste of time, but for $15.00 I guess I can't really complain.

Speaks English better than most people from England. Responded to my advert in about half an hour. Sorted out my problem without even having access to the I was using. And sorted it out in under an hour. I strongly recommend using this worker. Excellent work!
