MIDI messages reader(repost)

Some features in the original project was missing, I had to ask many time to have them included. He used code that was used before in an other program(some classes that was not needed, the code was obviously an existing code that was modified). The worker didn't test the output even I said again and again that the output values wasn't right. He did after about 28 messages. Wasn't able to complete the work even I extended the delivery deadline up to some weeks more. Don't seem to read messages carefully (bad communication).
