Well, i worked like IT Technical support from 2 years ago but before that i worked in IT security consulting area, there i obtained depp knowledge in data loss prevention and learned about usual IT company infrastructures (critical info points, how can i worked according a IT standard for example ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS, etc) The daily working gave me experience to talk with high level managers. That working tasks openmind me about the companies core business and gave me the timing to deploy a determinated hotfix or new feature for example. I understood the company real wealth is information and working flows, without it a company froze, that is why im the best in my job and i want to be contracted for tasks relationship with technical support services and DLP services
