Encore is a startup. I worked with them during an acceleration period. I built an integration with twitter in their old version of the website and did a little bit of everything to a MVP that they were building at the time (design photoshop layouts into html/css, integration with instagram, CRUD, file upload, etc..). www.encorehq.com

I started working in a Windows Service app where the biggest goal was to get data from different sources and transform in automated calls to customers. There was a lot of web service integrations and had to get data from many/any kinds of source. Then I was internally promoted to move to work with web and got specialized in Asp .Net MVC. This allowed me to gain al lot of experience with global apps, deal with support teams from around the world, big deployments and multiple streams of development.
