S Central Pa Designs was officially launched by Lisa Hoffnagle as a retail Designing firm as of January 2006. Although we are rather new to the retail market, we are not new to the industry. Originally known as Hoffnagle Designs, we have successfully launched 6 websites of our own and have worked on hundreds of other web projects since 2002. We also partner with other industry professionals in order to bring even more value to our service. Plus our low overhead costs allows us to have lower prices then our competitors.
