I believe in the "analytical creative problem solving" approach to marketing research, which provides the client with more than just information and numbers but instead actionable information. My goal is to provide my client's with opportunities that assist their brand in reaching their greatest potential.
I have designed, implemented, analyzed, and interpreted market research studies in a plethora of product and service categories including personal computers, package goods, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, entertainment, consumer electronics, medical care, and a number of California State Services.
I have conducted over 1000 focus groups throughout my career throughout North America. I have also become very accustomed to one-on-one including ethnography.
I have an M.B.A. degree from the American (Thunderbird) Graduate School of International Management( Now Arizona State) and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
