Managed a small team of designers and web developers, working closely together to deliver the best solutions to meet clients' needs. This encompassed website design, corporate identity, brochures, leaflets, prospectuses, newsletters and educational packs. Involved throughout the projects from brief to concept to solution, organising and managing internal and external resources. Streamlined the studio by introducing procedures such as filing systems and timesheets.

My role was to create and update all new and existing literature to ensure that it complied with new legislation. I worked alongside the senior designer ensuring that the work was corporate, within time limits and liaised with an external printer on the production and delivery of the literature. I also had the opportunity to develop product literature for a new Affinity Account the Society was developing.
