Infocom - Lease or buy desision
The desision shoudl be made of lease or purchase of one small company by a telecom, so the analysis ws performed of three case: 1st - purchase, 2nd - lease, 3rd - to do nothing in terms of NPV and IRR.
About Me
I have a good academic background (MBA from American University) and substantial knowledge in Accounting, Finance, Management, and other business related areas. This is combined with extensive work experience, which has given me an opportunity to apply knowledge of different disciplines. I want to stress my experience in Business Consulting, where I was mainly involved in development of Business Plans for companies. The other one is Chief Accountant’s position, responsible for all accounting of organization and tax and financial reporting. Financial Analysis of different projects in terms of NPV and IRR as well as controlling Companies’ finances was also performed. My experience has taught me how hard work, dedication and perseverance can help for successful completion of task or project. And as accomplishments can be indicated loans and investments received by client companies, successful establishment and operation of enterprises according Business Plans developed and smooth functioning of the organizations where I was and am working. Studying at the third level of ACCA gives me an additional opportunities to develop.
