I have 4 years experience of working in the BPO industry. Since the companies I have been to are very strict in English only policy, I was trained to speak more English fluently. I may have some lapses but I can communicate well using the English language effectively. My job includes Technical Support/Customer Service Rep./Support Specialist/and Customer Sales Rep. Prior to this, I have been employed as an Executive Secretary for 4 years to a small Korean Internet Cafe and food business. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
